I've been flying since 1988. Flight instruction isn't a stepping stone for me - it's what I do. Owner-pilots are who I work with.
I'm not going anywhere. When you train with me, you're building a relationship with someone who will still be here when you have questions six months or six years after your checkride.
Over the years I've developed real depth across complex aircraft: Comanches, Cirrus, Bonanzas, Mooneys, and 182s, in addition to my 210 specialty. I've taken pilots all the way through instrument, commercial, and CFI ratings and watched them grow into skilled aviators.
Whether you're working toward your instrument rating, commercial certificate, or CFI, you're training with someone who has been through it all and taught it for years.
My Gold Seal and Master CFI credentials came from producing quality pilots, not just logging hours in the right seat.

"Recently bought a P210 and needed transition training from my 182. Was recommended Scott from several sources and couldn't have been happier. We went over everything under the sun, and then some. Engine management to emergency procedures, it was all great instruction. Can't recommend enough."
P210 Owner, Shreveport LA
"Scott is the kind of flight instructor every pilot hopes to find but few actually do. His depth of knowledge, calm demeanor, and ability to explain complex concepts in plain English made every lesson both productive and genuinely enjoyable. You never feel rushed, talked down to, or left guessing — he makes sure you get it before moving on."
T210M Owner, Houston TX
"Training was much more than simple instrument checkride preparation - it was about becoming a proficient and safe pilot! I'd highly recommend Scott for any pilot desiring to become a competent and confident instrument pilot. The greatest testament to his skill is that I still schedule training sessions with Scott to further refine my skills."
